Q.Can I import recipients and users?
A.Yes, it is common for customers to start by importing their recipients and users from an Excel or CSV file. TekTrack also provides the ability to import recipients and users automatically from other systems (ex. Active Directory, ERPs, relational databases, etc). Contact your TekCore representative for details about automated importing.

Q.Can I use a phone or tablet for processing packages?
A.Yes. If you process a large number of packages on a regular basis and plan to use your camera for reading barcodes, you may want to consider a companion barcode imager for your device.
