Q. Which operating systems does TekTrack Package Tracking support?
A. TekTrack supports all available Windows operating systems. This includes: Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 10, and Windows Server 16. Both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems are supported.
Q. How is TekTrack licensed?
A. A license is needed for each computer or device that the TekTrack software is installed on. There are no license restrictions for the number of users or recipients you add to your system.
Q. Can I import my existing recipients and users into TekTrack?
A. Yes. TekTrack allows you to import your existing recipients and users. TekTrack also provides automated imports with compatible systems. Please contact a TekCore representative for more information about automated importing.
Q. Will I need to synchronize my mobile through a desktop connection or can I connect to the system through wi-fi?
A.  TekTrack supports two types of connection modes. "Batch mode" is for synchronizing the mobile and operating independently of a network connection. "Online mode" is for connecting the mobile device through a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cellular network connection to transfer information back to the rest of the system in real-time.
Q. What sort of technical support do you offer?
A. TekTrack is provided with free e-mail and ticket support for the lifetime of the product. We also offer a premium live technical support that is available through a subscription and includes services such as phone support and remote assistance.
Q. What type of mobile computers/barcode scanners does TekTrack support?
A. We support mobile computers with embedded images. Brands supported, include:

We also support iOS and Android phones and tablets.
Q. Which desktop hardware does TekTrack support?
A. Plug and Play barcode scanners are supported and we are currently unaware of any incompatible models. Label printers with windows drivers are supported.  Topaz Systems signature pads is the only signature pad brand supported.   If you want confirmation of compatibility, please contact our sales team and provide them with the device's manufacturer and model information.
Q. Is there a way to use proprietary hardware with TekTrack?
A. Yes. TekTrack provides a plug-in architecture that allows for your IT to interface it with many brands of mobile computers, label printers, signature pads, or desktop barcode scanners.
